Cookeville Rebidding Spring Street Sidewalk Project
The Cookeville City Council moved to rebid phase two of the Spring Street Sidewalk Project on Thursday. In February, the city council rejected bids after the bids came in too high. Cookeville will now rebid the project with a contract adendum for the lump sum fee not to exceed $3,000.
