Janice Bowling has been reelected and will return to District 16 in the state senate.
Bowling received 75.9 percent of the votes with a final county of 66,312. Democratic Candidate Wayne Steele got second place with 15,909 votes. Independent Candidate Scott Bean came in third with 5,098 votes.
