Cookeville Resident Charged With DUI Following Crash
A 45-year-old Cookeville resident faces charges following a Saturday night crash on Interstate 40. The Tennessee Highway Patrol has charged 45-year-old Jossie Thorpe with DUI, open container, no insurance, and expired drivers license.
