DeKalb Count authorities have charged a Dowelltown man with child abuse and neglect and second offense DUI.
40-year-old Juan Carlos Sosa Salazar was arrested Sunday for allegedly driving drunk with a 3-year-old child inside his car.
Authorities said they conducted a traffic stop on Salazar for failing to maintain his lane of travel on East Broad Street.
A computer check reveled that Salazar had his license revoked in 2015 for a DUI charge in DeKalb County.
