Putnam SD Captures Bright

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a wanted man. Earlier this week, deputies said they were searching for 29-year-old Eddie James Bright. Bright reportedly violated his parole out of Putnam County Criminal Court. Bright was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
