Preliminary Approval Of Willow Estates Subdivision
The Putnam County Planning Commission approved the preliminary plat Tuesday night for a 28-lot subdivision off Ditty Road. The Willow Estates development will be built off Sunbright Circle, a 7-lot subdivision built around a cul-de-sac.
