Sparta Judge Arrested And Charged With DUI
Sparta Judge Macey Gurley arrested Friday on charges of DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. The White County Sheriff’s Department confirmed the booking and charges against the 34 year old Gurley. Gurley posted bond on Saturday. Gurley was appointed Sparta Municipal Judge in September of 2022.
