Missing Putnam County Woman Found Dead
A Putnam County Woman has been arrested on murder charges after allegedly killing a woman who had been reported missing. Putnam County Sheriff Eddie Farris said investigators learned that 57-year-old Lora Morgan allegedly killed 34-year-old Samanatha Goolsby over a domestic dispute.
