The Millard Oakley Public Library has two telescopes for check-out for Overton County’s amateur astronomers. Over 2,500 magazines are now available to read anywhere and all that is needed is a library card at the Millard Oakley Library. Livingston Library Reopens Foyer

The Millard Oakley Library in Livingston has reopened its foyer area for patrons. Library staff will visit with residents in the foyer area.
