Putnam County Republican Candidate Robert Riddle has won the District Nine County Commission seat in a three-person race. Riddle received 1,240 votes beating Democratic Candidate Barbara Myers who got 302 votes. Tim Terry running as an Independent Candidate tallied 163 votes.
