Stowers Elected Jamestown Mayor; Package Store Referendum Passes
Harvey Stowers will serve as Jamestown’s mayor after taking 51 percent of the vote Tuesday night. Stowers defeated challenger Ryan Smith and incumbent Lyndon Baines.
