One person has died as a result of a Thursday morning Highway 70 accident near Hillwood Street in rural Putnam County. 27-year-old Johnny Buckner Howard Jr. of Stilwell, Oklahoma was driving a 2018 Peterbilt and pulling a cattle trailer while negotiating a left curve.
