Putnam County Mayor Randy Porter will begin the budget process Tuesday night with the selection of this year’s Budget Committee. Commissioners will also hear from Tech President Phil Oldham Tuesday night. The meeting begins at 6pm following 5:15pm committee meetings at the Putnam County Courthouse.
