Heady: Stafford’s Theft Unfortunate
Jackson County Mayor Randy Heady says the theft of over $25,000 dollars by the former County Clerk was a regrettable mistake. Amanda Stafford pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of theft over $2,500 dollars.
