Jenna Lee kind of fell into radio. In college she procrastinated to the point of needing an internship last minute in order to graduate. So, a friend who worked at the local radio station helped her out, and she fell in love with it her first week. After her internship, she just kept showing up every day until they started paying her. That’s how she got her first official job in radio and now, she couldn’t think of doing anything else.
Weekdays 9-1pm
From Skeeter to Streaker, Shaun “Streeter” will answer to just about anything that sounds close. With his friendly and welcoming personality, Streeter shares his daily joys and struggles of marrying into a ready-made family, and the hilarity that comes with trying to raise 2 step-sons, 4 dogs and a father-in-law. (Plus, a few stray cats that have decided to show up outside the house every evening looking for food.) Flip got her nickname long ago after one of her co-workers noticed she never wore shoes. Only Flip Flops. When not at work, you can find Flip spending time with her handsome husband and two beautiful daughters, cooking in the kitchen, watching “The Golden Girls” or “just getting one thing” at Target.
Get to know Flip & Streeter every morning right here on Lite Rock 95.9!
Weekdays 5-10am
With dreams of being an entertainment reporter, Rebecca got her start in radio in 2003 at a small station that had cows on the property (most days you could hear them mooing on-air.) Since that time, she’s bid her barnyard friend goodbye (I still send Christmas cards) and spent her career in Chicago radio and hosting a community service show.
In her spare time you can find her binge-watching anything on Bravo, kickboxing, searching for the perfect watermelon margarita and being the coolest aunt on the planet.
Rebecca’s excited to bring the Upper Cumberland Fun, Upbeat Hits on Lite Rock 95.9.
Saturdays 10am-3pm, Sundays 2-6pm
Marcia Lee has celebrated a successful career in the performing arts. At the tender age of 16, Marcia Lee began her five-year run in the motion picture industry, working with the casts of Titanic, Forest Gump, Star Wars and others. Okay. Okay….maybe she just wore a polyester vest & bow tie and sold tickets at the Highland Cinema in Cookeville, but she did once butter Alan Jackson’s popcorn…can you say that?
You can catch Marcia Lee, sharing her recipes, quirky stories & fun upbeat hits while filling in on the occasional weekend spot on Literock 95.9! Enjoy!
