Frances F. Richards is survived by daughter Diane Cook and husband Kenneth; grandchildren Kenneth Cook and wife Chamara, Kristin Messer and husband Michael, Jonathan Richards; brother Leon Frasier; five great-grandchildren Kameron, Lucas, Jameson, Koraleigh and Kendall.

Frances was born on July 30, 1932 and raised in Sparta. She was the daughter of Arthur and Hazel Frasier.
