The Cumberland County Emergency & Rescue Squad is seeking community support for vital equipment and facility needs through its annual donation letter.
The Cumberland County Emergency & Rescue Squad said the annual mailing has been sent to residents to help fund the 100 percent volunteer organization. The
Needs this year include building maintenance and facility improvements, updated rope rescue equipment and new dive rescue suits and equipment
Cumberland County Rescue Squad relies on these contributions to maintain its 501(c)(3) operations.
“For more than 60 years, the Cumberland County Emergency & Rescue Squad has proudly served our community as a 100% volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization,” the Cumberland County Emergency & Rescue Squad said.
The Cumberland County Emergency & Rescue Squad said the current needs include building maintenance and facility improvements. The Cumberland County Emergency & Rescue Squad said the squad also requires updated rope rescue equipment and new dive rescue suits.
“Every contribution—large or small—helps ensure that the Cumberland County Rescue Squad is ready when our community needs them most,” the Cumberland County Emergency & Rescue Squad said.
The Cumberland County Emergency & Rescue Squad said the funds will also be used for continued training and emergency preparedness.
“Whether you’ve donated in the past, volunteered your time, or simply shared their mission with others, the Rescue Squad thanks you,” the Cumberland County Emergency & Rescue Squad said.
