The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office seized a luxury SUV, thousands of dollars in cash, and hundreds of narcotics during a joint operation at a Spencer business.
The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at Speed Mart Liquors located on State Road 111. The raid resulted in the discovery of 538 cannabis/THC rolls and 26 THC vapes.
Officials also found approximately 120 units of synthetic Kratom during the search. Authorities confiscated approximately $20,300 in cash.
A 2021 BMW X3 was seized because it is believed to be the primary vehicle used to distribute the drugs. The owners of the store now face charges of drug possession with the intent to sell or deliver.
