The State Supreme Court denied the request of a Clay County man to consider his conviction.
William Isaac Atwood faces a sentence of 13 years for possessing a prohibited weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Isaac’s attorney challenged the evidence and the case that led to the trial court’s sentence.
State Supreme Court Monday denied his request.
