Clay County’s Circuit Court Clerk faces multiple charges after submitting false documents to the TBI to erase criminal records.
A Grand Jury indicted 64-year-old Susan Beth Birdwell on 11 charges. Six counts of forgery, two counts of official misconduct, and three counts of tampering with government records.
Birdwell will have a hearing in Davidson County Court on December 1st.
