A water line break along Highway 111 is causing low water pressure in and around Livingston.
Overton-Pickett County Emergency Communications Department is reporting low water pressure in the affected area. OPECD is advising residents experiencing low water pressure to turn off their hot water heaters.
They are warning that using hot water heaters while water pressure is low can cause them to malfunction.
