Work for two Cookeville subdivisions have been delayed by six months.
The Reserve at the Country Club was approved its first extension by the Planning Commission Monday. The development plans include 101 single family lots on Shag Rag Road.
The Brook View Subdivision was granted its second six month extension during the same meeting. Sixteen lots located off Brook View Drive and Cora Road.
The city of Cookeville allows developers two extensions per development as long as planning department requirements are met.
