The Cookeville Planning Commission approved six month extensions for two preliminary subdivision plats during Monday’s monthly meeting.
The proposed West Towne Village off Broadway Avenue is made up of 50, single family lots. Scenic Bluffs off South Jefferson Avenue and Interstate Drive is a plat of eight lots.
According to Planning Director Jon Ward, this would be the second extension granted for both projects.
