Damon “Dee” Prince has been named the new HR/Benefits Manager for the Upper Cumberland Development District and the Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency.
Prince has more than 15 years of experience in human resources including roles as director, manager, senior generalist, payroll coordinator and benefits administrator. Executive Director Mark Farley said both organizations are eager about the promotion.
“Dee brings a wealth of experience to our team and we are excited to be able to promote from within,” Farley said.
Prince said his experience in human resource roles in the automotive industry and healthcare bring important skills to his new position.
“My experience of working at a level of performance that requires productive results, leaving little room for error will help in my adjustment to this new role,” Prince said.
Prince was initially hired as the CASA Program Director in April 2020. From January 2014 to December 2014, Prince worked as the Activity Contractor with the Families First Program and had an office located within the same building as the UCHRA Central Office.
