The Cookeville Planning Commission approved a six-month extension for a 18-unit townhome project along Spring Street at Hudgens Drive Monday night.
Construction underway on Downton North. A revised plot for the project reduces the number of townhouses by one.
Commission members approved the final plat of the third phase of 700 Broad, a 28-lot development on East Broad Street. Infrastructure has been completed on the 27 units.
In other business, the planning commission cancelled its December meeting. Cookeville Planning Director Jon Ward said there have been limited study issues over the last two months.
