The White County Planning Commission gave final approval Tuesday to a new subdivision off Parker Road.
The Del Toro subdivision includes ten proposed lots ranging from .56 acres to 2.247 acres. It is located at the corner of Parker Road and Sullivan Knowles Road. The proposed new lots would be served by an existing six (6) inch water line. It will be served with fire hydrants.
The project is being developed by Frank Mason.
