DeKalb County authorities have arrested a man who allegedly had sexual contact with a minor female two years ago.
Indictments charge 39-year-old Hoss Lee Stith with sexual exploitation of a minor and sexual battery by an authority figure.
An arrest warrant said Stith had sexual contact with a 16-year-old female and possessed less than 50 images of minors engaged in sexual activity.
Stith’s bond totals $100,000 and his next court date will take place May 19.
