A Crossville woman suffered injuries during a two-vehicle crash in Cumberland County Thursday morning.
77-year-old Theresa Hawkins received treatment at Cumberland Medical Center. Her condition remains unknown at this time.
The accident happened on Highway 70 North near a dirt race track.
A Tennessee Highway Patrol crash report said Hawkins was driving a Ford C-Max when the vehicle crossed the center line and struck the rear axle of a westbound Ford F-550 truck. The truck overturned after striking a ditch, tree, and two utility poles. The C-Max came to a rest in a yard.
The occupants of the truck did not suffer any injuries, according to the report.
The report said Hawkins faces a charge of failure to maintain lane.
