Cookeville Planning Commissioners have approved a new preliminary plat for a townhouse development at the corner of East Spring Street and East Hudgens Street.
Planning Director John Ward said the commission approved a slightly smaller project earlier this year.
“This was 18 townhomes with the 19th lot being the common area. Mr. Gaw has submitted a revised preliminary plan where he has added an additional unit,” Ward said. “This is now 20 total lots for 19-units, with the additional lot being the common area. They have also added an additional point of ingress and egress on Hudgens Street at the western point of the development.”
The Cookeville Planning Commission unanimously approved the project during Monday night’s meeting.
