A woman suffered injuries after two vehicles struck her in DeKalb County Thursday night.
The incident happened when 31-year-old Samantha Sams attempted to cross Highway 70 at Snow Hill.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said Sams stepped from the turning lane and into the path of a 2005 Dodge Ram. The vehicle struck Sams and pushed her into the eastbound lane where she was struck by the undercarriage of a Chevy Tahoe.
Sams received treatment at Ascension Saint Thomas DeKalb Hospital.
