A 26-year-old Crossville man faces charges for allegedly masturbating in public earlier this week.
Crossville Police responded to the Miller Avenue Dollar General after a woman reported a male subject masturbating inside a car. Officers located the vehicle and identified the subject inside as Jacob Allen Niznick.
An arrest report said officers observed Niznick with his pants unzipped and down to his thighs. After speaking to the 911 caller, authorities arrested Niznick and transported him to the Cumberland County Jail for booking.
Niznick faces a single count of indecent exposure.
