A member of the TBI’s Most Wanted list has turned himself in to Cumberland County authorities.
State Troopers arrested Christopher Allen Taylor early Tuesday morning. The 31-year-old Taylor is being held at the Cumberland County Justice Center.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an alert for Taylor on Monday. He’s wanted by Roane County authorities for especially aggravated kidnapping, rape, and aggravated assault.
