A Cumberland County grand jury will hear a Crossville man’s attempted first-degree murder and aggravated burglary case.
Charges against 29-year-old Andrew Nicholas Rich stem from a shots-fired incident that occurred a little more than three months ago.
Authorities said Rich entered a Fairfield Glade home and fired several rounds through the victim’s bedroom door before fleeing the scene. The individuals inside the home did not suffer any injuries.
The grand jury will likely hear Rich’s case sometime next month.
