A Cookeville man faces commercial vehicle violations after his tractor trailer overturned Tuesday.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol identified the driver as 38-year-old Jonathan Jaynes. He suffered minor injuries during the crash and refused transport.
The accident happened just after 10:30 a.m. at the Highway 111 North on ramp.
A THP crash report said Jaynes attempted to turn North onto 111 from Highway 136 when the vehicle overturned. Debris from the back of the trailer spilled onto the left shoulder of the ramp.
The cleanup process took several hours to complete and the ramp had to be shut down for a period of time.
