A Fentress County grand jury has indicted a man for a homicide that occurred earlier this year.
38-year-old Wayne Ellis Kassow faces a first-degree murder charge for allegedly stabbing Mark Jennings in April.
The Fentress County Sheriff’s Office found Jennings’ body at a residence on Casto Knepp Road in Jamestown. According to the TBI, agents collected information that connected Kassow to the crime.
Kassow’s arraignment hearing took place this week and a judge has scheduled his next court appearance for September 16.
