Crossville city officials have dropped a condemnation lawsuit against Crossville Ceramics.
The lawsuit was to condemn a portion of property along Interstate Drive for a road improvement project.
City Attorney Will Ridley said during Tuesday’s council meeting the city has only one more tract to close before moving onto the next phase of the project.
The city filed the “friendly lawsuit” against the Crossville Ceramics property owners in March.
