At the November City Council meeting, Crossville Mayor James Mayberry announced the November Student of the Month. The winner, Brandon Dudding, is a fifth grader at Martin Elementary School. His teacher, Jeff Smith, said Brandon earned the designation for displaying good manners, kindness and courtesy on a daily basis.
The mayor also announced winners of the annual Christmas-card competition from each participating school. Then he presented each student with a certificate of recognition.
