A grand jury is set to hear a case involving a man charged with fatally shooting two people at the Cumberland County school bus garage last month.
A judge made the decision Thursday when 74-year-old Warren Nostrom appeared in general sessions court.
Officials have accused Nostrom of shooting 58-year-old Joy Nostrom and 54-year-old Mark Gunter on September 14th. Joy Nostrom was pronounced dead at the scene, while Gunter died after being transported to the hospital.
Nostrom was flown to Chattanooga’s Erlanger Hospital after the incident. He received treatment for a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
