A grand jury will hear the murder case of Stacey Dwight Austin following an arraignment hearing in Crossville Thursday.
Judge Larry Warner determined there was enough evidence in the case to send it to a grand jury for trial.
The 37-year-old Austin was charged with voluntary manslaughter after the shooting death of his 55-year-old aunt, Teresa Faye Austin, last month. The trail is scheduled for September 14.
