A Putnam County man has pleaded guilty and waived his right to jury trial and appeal to three counts of selling more than 0.5 grams of methamphetamine.
For pleading guilty to the class B felony, a judge has sentenced 39-year-old Jimmy Stout to serve 12-years on each count. The sentences will be served at the same time.
