The Tennessee Highway Patrol and emergency crews have responded to a tractor trailer crash in Cumberland County.
The accident happened around 10:00 a.m. near Interstate 40 miler marker 316.
THP Sergeant Greg Tramel said the semi crashed into the median and the driver had to be extricated from the vehicle.
The left lane remains closed at this time. The THP plans to release additional details in the near future.
