A man accused of setting fire to three homes in Overton County last year, appeared in criminal court for a hearing this week.
During that hearing a judge set a July 11th court date for 39-year-old Calvin Booher.
Booher is charged with aggravated arson, attempted car jacking, and attempted first-degree murder of a witness in one of the arson cases.
Authorities said Booher set fire to a home on Upper Hilham Road and two other homes on Oak Street and Hilham Highway.
