The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is investigating a fatal house fire that occurred in the Grimsley area of Fentress County Saturday.
According to TBI officials, the blaze broke out at a home on Maynard Drive.
Authorities said they found an unidentified body inside the rubble of the home after extinguishing the blaze. The body has been sent to the regional forensic center in Knoxville for an autopsy.
The cause of the fire has not been determined at this time and the investigation remains active and ongoing.
