A DeKalb County grand jury has indicted a man for allegedly downloading child pornography.
Winston Alexander Puckett is facing a two count indictment for sexual exploitation of a minor and for aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
Authorities said they conducted a search warrant at Puckett’s home in July and found a laptop containing more than 400-images of child pornography.
Puckett will be arraigned in court on December 12th
