Gov. Bill Haslam announced Thursday the state has historic low unemployment.
Haslam’s administration has announced record-low unemployment rates since June. However September’s unemployment rate is 3 percent. The lowest since the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics began tracking the information in January 1976.
