A Cumberland County grand jury has handed down an indictment charging a local woman with vehicular homicide.
The indictment handed down Monday also charges 36-year-old Meghan Elizabeth Wilson with DUI and violation of the implied consent law.
The charges stem from an automobile crash in May that happened on Highway 127 North and killed 46-year-old John V. Rowe.
Wilson had already surrendered her bond during a court hearing that took place three months ago.
