The state has selected DeKalb County to take place in the latest round of the Select Tennessee Property Evaluation Program.
The program was implemented in 2015 and designed to improve the inventory of industrial sites and buildings in Tennessee. The program will advise DeKalb County officials on where investment may be most beneficial and how sites can improve to attract prospective companies.
DeKalb County joining five other counties that will be taking part in the program.
