A Smithville man faces charges after allegedly threatening four people with a knife.
DeKalb County Sheriff Patrick Ray said 54-year-old Robert Lewis Judkins was charged with four counts of aggravated assault, public intoxication and resisting arrest.
A deputy responded to a South Judkins Lane home Sunday and found Judkins holding a knife, yelling and threatening to burn down the home.
Judkins’ bond was set at $24,000. He will appear in court on October 5.
