A judge has set a $650,000 bond for an Overton County man charged with two counts of child rape and one count of aggravated assault.
Authorities said the wife of 48-year-old David L. White found her husband molesting her minor daughter two weeks ago. A report stated that White allegedly fired two shots from a firearm during the incident and he’s also accused of raping a 9-year-old child 17-years ago.
White will appear in court for a preliminary hearing on October 5th.
