The project to replace water lines should be complete on time.
Project manager Joe Lehrer said work is moving forward as scheduled. The entire project is set to be complete at the end of July.
At that time, TDOT will begin paving Willow Avenue from south of Jackson Street to just north of Gainesboro Grade.
Lehrer encouraged drivers on Willow to slow down and be aware of the workmen in the road.
